EMX Women Slovenia – Preview & Entry List

The EMX Women’s European Championship kicks off this weekend in Brezice, Slovenia. Two-time defending champions Lucy Barker and Elsa Andersson Löf (125) have made different choices for the upcoming season, leaving the title race wide open.

Several riders from the WMX World Championship have opted to compete this weekend. Danée Gelissen, eighth in the last WMX World Championship, is establishing herself as the rider to beat.

2025 European runner-up Elena Kapsamer will be a formidable competitor this weekend, as will Laura Raunkjaer, who has shown great promise since the start of the season. Aneta Cepelakova will also be there with high ambitions.

We’ll also be keeping an eye on the performances of Jana Bohle, Melissa Mäntylä, and Patricija Berzina.

For the 125cc victory, Kyshara Das, the 2025 European vice-champion, is one of the top favorites. Her main rival is expected to be Theodora Ioana Gumeniuc. The Romanian rider had a very strong finish to the 2025 championship.

We’ll also be keeping an eye on the young riders. Check the full list of registered riders and stay tuned for the results.
