Adrija Skudutyte made a perfect return to the Lithuanian Women’s Motocross Championship at the fourth round of the season in Aliai, winning both motos to take a dominant overall victory.
After missing the two previous rounds, the Lithuanian rider immediately showed her pace, controlling both races and taking maximum points from the weekend. Behind her, Aleksa Maurina made her first appearance of the season a successful one, while Agilija Skudutyte completed the overall podium.
A perfect return for Adrija
Back in the championship for the fourth round of the season, Adrija Skudutyte wasted no time making her presence felt. The Lithuanian rider won both races of the day, establishing herself at the front from the opening race and completing a perfect 1-1 scorecard.
Aleksa Maurina was one of the other highlights of the round. Making her first appearance of the season, she delivered a strong performance with a 3-2 result to finish second overall.
Agilija Skudutyte completed the podium after consistent finishes of fourth and third, while championship leader Patricija Berzina had a more difficult weekend than expected. The Latvian rider finished fourth overall with a 2-6 scorecard.
Berzina’s second-moto result was affected by a penalty after she was judged to have cut the track at the start of the race. She eventually finished sixth in the moto, costing her valuable points in the overall classification.
Evelina Meiksane completed the overall Top 5 with 5-4 finishes.
Agilija closes the gap
Despite not being in the race for the championship title after missing two of the four rounds held so far, Adrija Skudutyte’s victory still had an impact on the title fight through the performances of the riders behind her.
Her sister Agilija continues to occupy second place in the championship and managed to take one point back from Patricija Berzina during the Aliai round.
Berzina nevertheless maintains a comfortable advantage at the top of the standings and remains in control of the championship heading into the final round.
Everything comes down to the finale
With just one round remaining, the championship battle is now entering its decisive phase.
Berzina will head into the finale with a significant advantage, but Agilija Skudutyte has reduced the gap slightly and will be looking to put maximum pressure on the championship leader in the final round.
The Lithuanian championship will now take a two-week break before returning for its season finale, where the 2026 champion will finally be crowned.
