European 125 champion Theodora Gumeniuc will join New Bike Yamaha for the 2027 season, stepping up to the YZ250F. The 15-year-old Romanian has long been considered one of motocross’s brightest prospects, and her dominant European 125 title campaign this year further underlined her potential.
In 2027, she will take on a new challenge with Philippe Menichetti’s team as she continues her progression. New Bike Yamaha recently announced its split from Amandine Verstappen, ending a multi-year partnership.
