Lynn Valk to miss the GP of Great Britain

Lynn Valk has undergone surgery to remove two screws from her leg following the injury she sustained at the MXGP of the Netherlands in Arnhem last August.

The DVS Junior Racing rider had not fully recovered from the injury, and after consulting with her medical team, the decision was made to remove two of the four screws inserted during her initial surgery.

Valk will now focus on her recovery and will miss the MXGP of Great Britain in 10 days’ time. The Dutch rider is targeting a return for her home Grand Prix in Arnhem at the end of August, where she hopes to be back on the gate in front of her home fans.

Get well soon Lynn !
