But on Sunday, Verstappen struck back in style — claiming victory by 16 seconds and securing the overall win of the Italian round. French rider Mathilde Denis completed the podium in third after two consistent races, narrowly beating her compatriot Camille Viaud in a close fight this sunday. Sara Jugla finished fifth overall, while Ema Satabin secured fifth place in the Junior category.
