Bugyi, Hungary – Round 6 of the Hungarian Women’s Motocross Championship delivered another dominant performance from Lora Tamás, who is now just one step away from securing the national title.
Riding for Pardi Racing Team, Tamás went 1–1 over the weekend, winning both motos and extending her lead in the overall standings to 31 points ahead of the grand finale in Kup in two weeks’ time.
Lora Tamás untouchable in Bugyi
Lora Tamás showed no signs of slowing down, controlling both races from start to finish. Her consistency and pace have been unmatched all season, and she now holds a commanding advantage at the top of the Hungarian Women’s Motocross Championship.
Behind her, Evelin Gabriela Nagy (3–2) of Maci Racing Team came out on top in an exciting sisterly duel against her teammate, securing second place overall for the day. Vivien Alexa (2–3) completed the podium and remains second in the championship, still the only rider mathematically capable of challenging Tamás for the title.
Close battles through the field
Making her first appearance of the season, Regina Révész (6–4) impressed with a strong fourth-place finish after a close fight with Mimi Csenge Jámbor (4–6), also from Maci Racing Team, and Viktória Benyó (5–5).
Linett Havasi (8–7) of Dél MX Motorsport E took seventh place, while Dorina Kaptás, Boglárka Dorottya Nagy, and Nóra Pelek all finished tied on points just behind. Renáta Farkas rounded out the top 11. With only one round remaining, the tension is building for the final showdown in Kup. Can anyone stop Lora Tamás from claiming the 2025 Hungarian Women’s Motocross Championship crown?
