Jessica Gardiner secures another Australian Enduro crown

Jessica Gardiner has once again proven why she’s the benchmark in Australian enduro racing. The Yamaha rider wrapped up the 2025 championship one round early, adding a remarkable ninth title to her collection.

Throughout the season, Gardiner was almost untouchable — only twice beaten, both times by fellow Yamaha competitor Madi Simpson (Monster Energy WBR). Her consistency delivered an impressive 294 points out of a possible 300.

Simpson’s strong 2-2 finishes at the Gympie finale cemented her position as runner-up with 254 points. The contest for third remained intense until the final round, with Ebony Nielsen (Beta Australia Enduro Team) edging out Triumph’s experienced Emelie Karlsson, 217 to 205 points. KTM’s Jade Chellas rounded out the top five on 181 points.

In the Junior Girls class, Lorna Lock — mentored by Gardiner herself — dominated both days in Gympie to clinch the title, a perfect conclusion to her debut season. Lilly Sexton (2-2) fought hard but had to settle for another podium, while Olivia Johnson (3-3) joined her in third place. Despite a tough weekend, Jessie Harris (5-4) held on to secure second overall in the championship standings.
