While the 2024 edition of the ISDE (International Six Days of Enduro) took place from October 14 to 19 in Silleda, Spain, the Spanish Federation has confirmed that there will be no Women’s Trophy team entered for the 2025 event.
As the next edition approaches, set to be held in Bergamo, Italy, Spain will be absent from the Women’s category. In 2024, the national team was led by Mireia Badia, reigning Women’s Enduro World Champion at the time, alongside María San Miguel and Nora Esteban.
Following Mireia Badia’s retirement, the Spanish Federation has chosen to pause its participation, with the goal of developing a new generation of female riders capable of competing against the strongest teams on the international stage in the years to come.
