This weekend, Nellie Fransson competed in the MXGP of China in the highly competitive MX2 class as part of her preparation for the WMX World Championship finale in Australia scheduled next week. Riding for JK Racing Yamaha, the Swedish rider finished seventeenth in both heats held today.
Her consistent performance earned her 18th place overall in the event and secured eight championship points. This achievement places Fransson among a select group of female riders who have accumulated points in the MX2 class, joining notable names like Larissa Papenmeier and Lotte van Drunen.
