Lucy Barker will compete at the Mini O’s

British WMX rider Lucy Barker is set to travel to the United States to compete at the prestigious Mini O’s in Florida, taking place from November 22nd to 29th. The event, known as one of the biggest amateur races in America, attracts top talent from around the world. Barker will line up alongside two riders she knows well: Lotte van Drunen and Elena Kapsamer.

After a solid season in the 2025 WMX World Championship, where she finished eleventh overall, Barker showed consistent progress round after round. She also won her third European champion title.

Her late-season form demonstrated her growing speed and confidence at world level—momentum she will now aim to carry into the U.S. scene.

The Mini O’s represent a new challenge and a valuable opportunity for Barker to test herself on American soil, gain experience on different track conditions, and measure herself against the best riders in the U.S. amateur system. With her recent improvements, she will undoubtedly be targeting a strong result in Florida.
