Hannah Cole joins Honda Canada GDR Fox Racing Team

Canadian rider Hannah Cole is set to take the next step in her motocross career after signing with the Honda Canada GDR Fox Racing Team, marking a major milestone for the young athlete as she continues to rise in the sport.

The team recently announced that Cole will join the program as rider #3, highlighting the dedication and work ethic she has shown throughout her motocross journey. Known for her determination and speed on the track, Cole has spent years building her career and earning opportunities at a higher level of competition.

Her addition to the roster also reflects the continued growth of women’s motocross, as more female riders enter the sport and push the pace at the starting gate. Teams and industry leaders have increasingly recognized the importance of supporting the WMX class to help it grow and thrive.

For the Honda Canada GDR Fox Racing Team, bringing Cole on board represents a commitment to that growth and to supporting talented female athletes within the sport. The team expressed excitement about seeing her line up under their banner this season.

The signing is also historic for the program, as Cole becomes the first WMX rider to compete under the Honda Canada factory tent. With a new chapter beginning, both the rider and the team are eager to see what they can accomplish together in the upcoming season.

Cole now prepares to line up at the gate in Honda colors, ready to showcase her speed and continue making her mark in the world of motocross.

Derek Schuster : “WMX is an integral and growing division of the motocross world. While bringing on a female racer has always been on my agenda, it was really my partner, Stacie, who pushed me to make the move and I’m grateful for that. WMX class needs more support—more support from the Factory/OEM teams—to continue to grow and thrive. I want to challenge other Factory and OEM teams to follow suit.“

Hannah Cole : “Excited to start this next chapter with the Honda Canada GDR Fox Racing Team. It’s not lost on me that I am the first WMX rider under the Honda Canada Factory tent. I’m grateful for the opportunity and motivated to see what we can accomplish together this year. “
