EnduroGP Women Italy – Preview & Entry List

The Expotrade FIM Women’s Enduro World Championship returns this weekend in Sicily, Italy. Before the start of the first round on Friday with the Super Test, let’s take a look at the main favorites and the entry list.

Rachel Gutish, the 2025 title winner, will be the clear rider to beat in every round. The American’s main rival is expected to be Rosie Rowett, with both riders competing for the Rieju team.

Francesca Nocera, another strong contender for the win, will miss her home GP as the Italian continues to recover from a knee injury sustained last year.

Nieve Holmes (Sherco), who shared the points with Rowett in the opening round of the British Enduro Championship, is emerging as a rider to watch. She joins Norway’s Vilde Marie Holt (Kawasaki), who recently switched bikes, along with French riders Justine Martel (Beta) and Marine Lemoine among the names to follow closely.

In the Junior category, Lorna Lafont (Husqvarna), the 2025 Women’s Junior Enduro World Champion, will be aiming to continue her momentum. British rider Elizabeth Tett (TM), who finished second on equal points last season, will be looking for revenge. Charlene Boudon (Fantic) and Maja Kozlowska (KTM) are also expected to be in the mix.

This opening round promises plenty of excitement and should provide an early indication of the season’s hierarchy. Be sure to check the full list of registered riders and stay tuned to the website for results.
