Katherine Prumm: A trailblazer in Women’s Motocross and a story of courage

Katherine Prumm, now Katherine Oberlin-Brown, was among the first global stars to elevate women’s motocross before the official WMX World Championship began in 2008. At just 18 years old, she dominated European and American tracks, claiming back-to-back FIM Women’s World Cup titles in 2006 and 2007. Yet her meteoric rise was cut short by a series of devastating injuries that nearly ended her life and dashed her dreams of a triple world crown.
