Lachlan Turner : « My goal is to race with the big guys in Supercross & Outdoors »

We were able to ask a few questions to Lachlan Turner, the US WMX champion at just 17 years old. We discussed several subjects with the Yamaha rider who has just joined the Altus Motorsports bLU cRU amateur racing team.

You won your first title at Loretta Lynn’s. How did that achievement influence the way you managed the end of your season?

That achievement felt so good but I didn’t get the title in womens so I was very hungry for the WMX championship.

The return of the WMX US Championship saw you crowned as the champion. Can you walk us through that unforgettable day?

It didn’t really feel unforgettable knowing they didn’t have the WMX trophies.

With four wins out of the six rounds you participated in, and a victory at Mini O’s, how would you evaluate your overall season?

I would say it wasn’t the greatest season know I was out broken for 6 months this year!!

You switched bikes during the season for the WMX category. How did that impact your performance and results?

The impact was amazing felt right at home!

Looking ahead to 2025, can you share any details about your plans?
